- Health & Fitness Data: Nutrition logs, meal photos, body measurements, biomarker/lab results (e.g., cholesterol, blood sugar), workout activities, step counts, and health goals.
- User-Generated Content: Chat messages within Guilds and coaching conversations, community feed posts, product reviews, and photos you upload.
- Payment Information: In-app purchase records processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly store your credit card or bank details.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens.
- Usage Data: Features accessed, interactions with the app, session duration, and product engagement metrics.
- Diagnostic Data: Crash logs and performance data to help us improve app stability.

- Provide and maintain the Service: Deliver personalized fitness insights, AI-powered meal analysis, Guild features, and coaching tools.

- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Google Cloud / Gemini (AI analysis), Firebase (push notifications), and Apple/Google (payment processing).
- Coaches & Guild Members: Information you voluntarily share in Guilds, coaching chats, or the community feed is visible to other members of those groups.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers managed by Supabase (powered by Amazon Web Services) in the Asia Pacific (Singapore) region. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables, and secure authentication protocols. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights & Choices
- Access & Update: You can view and update your personal information through the app's Settings screen at any time.
- Delete Your Account: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. We will process your request within 30 days.
- Notifications: You can opt out of push notifications through your device settings.
- Data Export: You have the right to request a copy of your data in a portable format.
6. Children's Privacy
Fitkub is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., coaching packages, external fitness tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
